Java Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a Java Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Candidate should have

1. Overall 5 years of hands-on experience on Core Java, J2EE

2. Should have experience in L2 and L3 support with java based application

3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

4. Application Health check monitoring, Incident Management / Problem Management using Service Now

5. Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment

6. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems reported by L1 support or users, utilizing debugging skills and log analysis

7. Ability to identify the root cause and implement appropriate solutions

8. Strong experience in writing SQL queries to fix data related issues

9. Experience in using Log Insight, Messaging (JMS)

10. Good understanding of SQL queries and Stored Procedures

11. Experience in using Linux, knowledge of OpenShift

12. Strong written, verbal communication / collaboration skills and ability to manage

Good understanding of CI / CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Version control tools such as TFS, GIT and build tools such as Gradle, Maven
