Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Java Software Engineer at Pivotrics in Bengaluru. As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementation of complex product features for a payment system. This will involve creating and maintaining features for a complex payment system developed using Java. You will be required to understand the given requirement, perform high level gap analysis, propose solutions to senior architects and deliver high quality product that will enhance customer experience. You will also contribute to design discussions, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.

• Participate in product and implementation design
• Take full ownership of product modules
• Ensure to deliver functionally complete product with good quality
• Be a good team player and contribute to creating a good work culture
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, dependency & risk management.
• Implement dev process in genuine spirit, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Ideate, suggest to tech folks and also engineering / business management.
• Deepen tech & domain knowledge to be contributing to product IP.
• Enjoy the process of creating a product
