Employee Relations Specialist

Job descriptionServe as the first point of contact for employee relations matters for our US shift teams. Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee counseling in a timely and professional manner. Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance. Conduct employee engagement activities and drive initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably supporting US shift operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and discretion. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
