What you bring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
