Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Cold Calling Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outbound calls, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or leads.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
- Identify client needs and suggest suitable services / solutions.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and effectiveness.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and confidently.
Key Skills Required :
Excellent communication skills in English language.Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.Basic understanding of IT services and consulting is a plus.Knowledge of CRM tools or Excel will be an added advantage.
