Job Title : Business Development Manager-Domestic Staffing

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Magarpatta, Pune (Onsite)

Desired Candidate Profile :

5+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Staffing / Recruitment industry.
Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling .
Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).

Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.

Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.

Lead and manage a team of recruiters / BD executives.

Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.

Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.

Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.

Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
