Role & responsibilities

• Allocation activity like tele calling & Field Allocation, OBD & BOT Allocation, agency payout, payment file for assigned circles for retail & enterprise businesses.
• Downloading reports from data lake, VSV and other applications for execution of daily / monthly MIS reporting.
• Coordination with internal team and circle spocs
• Execution of allocation activities as per scheduled
• Zero deviation in process execution
