Job descriptionGood Knowledge of MS Excel / Advance Excel Understanding of Collection Back office process Knowledge of Amdocs, CRM and VSV System Experience in SSC / KPO / BPO
Role & responsibilities
- Allocation activity like tele calling & Field Allocation, OBD & BOT Allocation, agency payout, payment file for assigned circles for retail & enterprise businesses.
- Downloading reports from data lake, VSV and other applications for execution of daily / monthly MIS reporting.
- Coordination with internal team and circle spocs
- Execution of allocation activities as per scheduled
- Zero deviation in process execution
