Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Collection located in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader - Collection will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection operations, ensuring timely and effective recovery of dues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance to collection agents, handling escalated cases, and maintaining accurate collection records.
