Quantity Surveyor Civil

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum 08-12 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelors / masters degree Civil Preferred.
• Experience of quantity surveying, estimation, costing, BOQs, rate analysis etc
• International exposure and working knowledge on standards / codes like NRM, SMM7.
• Proficient in quantity take off using AutoCAD, CostX.
• Client facing with excellent language, report writing, presentation and communication skills .

Desired Requirements :

• Min of 8 years hands experience in Estimation and Quantity preferably in Pre / Post Contract Projects.
• Charted membership of RICS (MRICS) will be added advantage.
