[Urgent] Client Servicing / Brand Services Manager

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.

Job Description

• Minimum 2-3 years of client service experience will be added advantage.
• Very good at building relationships – with clients and good internal communication.
• You’re passionate about relationships and are sophisticated at dealing with different personalities and different seniority levels.
• Maintains a regular flow of information between the client and the team, ensuring milestones are met.
• Builds confidence with the client solutions, project details, process steps, billings and deliverables are well organized, communicated and managed.
• A strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you really understand a client’s business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand.
• An expert at communications – saying what you mean and hearing what others mean to say, whether in a one-on-one conversation or in a formal presentation.
• A team player; understand team interaction and roles of team members.
• Perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.

Job Location – Goregaon (West), Mumbai.

CTC range – 3,00,000 / - To 4,50,000 / - (per annum)

(CTC can vary and largely depends upon the capabilities and candidacy)
