Primary Responsibilities :

• Independently manage an AI product, defining clear strategies that align with customer needs and E-Solution’s business goals leveraging AI / LLM to solve core customer problems
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, lower operational costs, and improve customer retention by analyzing product performance and customer feedback
• Take complete ownership of the AI product lifecycle, from initial concept and data gathering to model training, launch, and continuous improvement
• Lead and coordinate with model development team, ensure timely delivery of committed features.
• Work closely with data engineer, AI engineer, data scientist, frontend, backend, and design teams to define product requirements, iterate, and optimize the user experience for AI-driven features
• Utilize data analytics to track AI product performance, define and monitor KPI’s (including model accuracy, user trust, and task success rates), and make informed decisions
• Actively contributes to E-Solutions strategic direction by identifying and advocating for high-impact opportunities related to our next-generation agentic AI platform
• Stay updated with emerging market trends, customer needs, and AI advancements, translating insights into actionable product opportunities
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative AI-driven capabilities
• Work collaboratively across internal teams like Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing; to ensure

alignment on product priorities, effective go-to-market execution, and customer adoption
