Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and international marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in identifying, engaging, and converting potential IT clients, preferably in the EMEA or APAC Region.
Location : TDI Business Centre, Mohali, Punjab
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate potential business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
- B2B Sales & Prospecting : Engage with decision-makers, build relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- International Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for global markets, focusing on brand positioning and outreach.
- Client Engagement : Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and handle initial negotiations.
- Market Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in international markets.
- CRM & Reporting : Maintain an updated lead database, track pipeline progress, and provide weekly / monthly reports on sales performance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance business growth.
