Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support
Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and refine the product backlog
Write and update user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple documentation
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups to support engineering execution
Work with the BA and Solution Architect to understand requirements and feasibility
User & Market Research
Conduct basic competitor research and summarize key insights
Participate in user research sessions and document findings
Support hypothesis validation and contribute to discovery activities
Data & Reporting
Track and report key product metrics and sprint progress
Assist in QA test case reviews and UAT coordination
Support analysis of user behavior and usage trends to inform prioritization
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with QA, Delivery Manager, and UX to ensure timely and quality releases
Assist in communication across internal teams (Sales, Support, Marketing) when required
Help organize product demos, feedback sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs
Pre-sales Support
Occasionally support the Sales team by participating in demos and presentations
Assist in responding to RFPs and preparing product-related materials for sales conversations
Support ROI discussions with prospects and customers
Represent the product at internal and external events (e.g., webinars, tradeshows)
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related disciplines
Overall, 5+ years of experience in the technology domain as a software developer, QA or in any other engineering or business management discipline.
Experience in the financial, banking or lending domain.
Subject matter expertise in the domain area of the product being managed
Demonstrated interest in technology, user experience, and business strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, Notion, Miro)
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or coursework in product management, UX, or software delivery
Exposure to low-code platforms such as Pega, Mendix, or Salesforce
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and APIs
Experience working on user-centric products or internal tools
Experience with Pega blueprint.
