To properly elicit the health concern stated by the beneficiary / patient, and provide the best possible management of the ailment / disease, from the available resources (Lab investigations, medicines, manpower)To identify any emergencies or out of scope services and promptly refer them to the necessary referral center, guiding the beneficiary on the need for referralTo abide by the guidelines stated for consultation process and timelinesTo ensure the consultations provided are as per the quality standardsTo ensure complete and accurate documentation of the proceedings of the consultation in the software application of the concerned projectTo encourage referral within the available specialties as neededTo perform quality audits of the consultations allottedTo conduct Medical Examinations remotely (Audio and / or Video).
