About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced

Recruiter

to join our HR team and help us attract, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing, value-driven workforce.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

This is on fixed contract for 1 year.

Requirements :

1–2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment metrics.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
