About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Strong understanding of hiring practices and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Required Skills :
Strong sourcing skills.
Good communication.
Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with diverse roles and functions.
Pay range and compensation package :
Up to INR 7 LPA
