Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates from India and outside India, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. They will also facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, provide training, and assist with onboarding new employees. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication skills
Ability to conduct Training sessions
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
