Presales Network Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Engagement : Interact with customer to understand their technical requirements, and challenges which they wish to address
2. Solution Development : Design comprehensive Network solutions that align with Customer needs and budget. This involves assessing current infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate technologies and configurations.
3. Technical Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed Network solutions to Customers. Clearly articulate & exchange the benefits, features, and value proposition of the proposed solution.
4. Proposal Preparation : Prepare detailed proposals and technical documentation outlining the recommended Network solution. Ensure that proposals are accurate, competitive, and address all Customer requirements.
5. Product Knowledge : Learn & be updated with latest trends, technologies, and products in the Network industry. Maintain a deep understanding of various hardware, software, networking, and virtualization technologies relevant to Network environments.
6. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams and various concerned OEMs to develop integrated solutions that meet Customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills :
5yrs in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles, with a focus on Network technologies.
