We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) - MEP
in a construction company who typically oversee the entire MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,
and Plumbing) scope of projects, and will be responsible for the successful planning,
execution, and management of all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all
systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards, within budget,
and on schedule.
Scope / Accountabilities of the role :
MEP work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial targets. Monitor project
progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Lead and manage
MEP teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with
other departments (civil, structural, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare
and review detailed project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and risk
assessments.
