Key Responsibilities :
BI Support & Maintenance :
- Provide expert-level technical support for our BI tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, report performance, and user access.
- Proactively monitor BI system health and performance to ensure reliability.
Report & Dashboard Development :
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense.Utilize Qlik NPrinting to automate the distribution of reports to stakeholders.Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.Data Management :
Use SQL to query, analyze, and manage data from various sources.Assist with data modeling to support the creation of efficient and scalable BI solutions.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.Required Skills & Qualifications : 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a BI Support or similar role.
BI Tools :
Strong, demonstrable expertise with Qlik Sense.Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report automation.Database & Data Skills :
Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Good understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.Problem-Solving :
