Visionet Systems - BI Reporting Support Lead - Qlik Sense / View

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support enterprise BI reporting platforms including Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Tableau dashboards.
• Manage a 24x7 support environment with rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Drive incident and problem management ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Implement and oversee monitoring frameworks for BI platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, incidents, and changes.
• Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and Skills & Qualifications :
• 46 years of experience in BI reporting support with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Tableau administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Hands-on experience with automation scripts and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for working with technical and business teams.
