Specialist IS Architect - Workday Time, Absence & Payroll

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives within the Workday platform.
• Create and maintain architectural roadmaps that guide the evolution of IT systems and capabilities within the Workday platform.
• Establish and implement architectural standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the architecture.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, including principles, standards, and models.
• Drive continuous improvement in the architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Work with partners to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical needs.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that best fit the solution requirements with Workday as the main City Planning tool for HR processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between systems and platforms, both within the organization and with external partners mainly with Workday platform.
• Design systems that can scale to meet growing business needs and performance demands.
• Establish and enforce data standards, governance policies, and best practices.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications :

• Doctorate degree OR
• Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience OR
• Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Computer Science, IT, or related field experience.
