Job description8+ years' experience in IT Development projects & Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Master engineer, technologist, and coach with a desire to develop products that positively impact lives. Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals. Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models. Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope. Projects may have significant and long-term impact. Provides solutions which may set precedent. Independently determines method for completion of new projects. Receives guidance on overall project objectives. Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff. Administers and executes policies and procedures. Ensures employees operate within guidelines. Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers. Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels. Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution.
The Associate Technical Manager is responsible for Leading eCommerce Teams. Team is responsible for Building eCommerce Solutions design, Architect, Develop, Integrate, implement, and support systems. The Candidate is a coach that is an expert at working in all layers of an application and guiding and building a team of engineers.
Position Accountabilities :
- Expertise in SDLC Expertise in eCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of Java, FSD, Spring Boot, Micro services, Angular
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Good in Leadership / management and follow-up skills
- Experience collaborating in global / geographically diverse teams.
- Proven ability to develop individuals and teams.
