Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions.
  • Participate in system, subsystem, and interface identification, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate alternatives.
  • Align Oracle product roadmap and features with release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end SDLC processes, including requirement intake, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on technical solutions and delivery practices.
  • Drive deployment of customer workloads to Oracle Cloud, providing cloud adoption guidance and solutions for overcoming blockers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding industry drivers, organization structures, key projects, and success factors.
  • Act as primary delivery contact, ensuring efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving contract margin, revenue objectives, and delivery quality.
  • Conduct scope and risk management, periodic account reviews, and service account planning.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and development of Oracle delivery tools.
