Role : Sr. US Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior US Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in handling diverse recruitment needs across IT and Non-IT domains . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing niche talent, and building strong client and candidate relationships.

As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, leading critical hiring assignments, and mentoring junior recruiters while ensuring compliance with client requirements and market best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates across IT (Software, Cloud, Engineering, Product, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.) and Non-IT (Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) roles.
• Partner closely with clients, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand requirements and deliver on time.
• Source candidates using advanced recruitment techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals).
• Assess candidates for technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring protocols and documentation requirements.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters to achieve team goals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and future requirements.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
