Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate teams, implement business strategies, and ensure efficient execution of processes. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive organizational growth and meet business objectives.

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and operational management

Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities

Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a significant advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
