Job Description : Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager with outstanding technical expertise and people management experience. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing highly scalable applications, managing at least two teams / squads. These teams are responsible for building products that are loved by millions of our customers. You’ll contribute to one of our expanding range of services as we broaden our reach beyond digital fintech services.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance and career development opportunities.
• Drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, architecture and development of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and deliverables.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication within the team and with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Helping them to shape their individual careers and growing the team to become more self-organized, more agile and more autonomous.
• Actively participate in recruiting and hiring efforts to build and scale the engineering team.
