Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Goa for a Sales And Front Office Manager. The Sales and Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, managing office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Office Administration, Front Office management, and Communication
• Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing top-notch Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
