Executive Assistant - A leading Real-Estate Company - Bengaluru

Job Summary :

A leading Real-Estate company is keen to hire graduate / post graduate for the role of Executive Assistant with 3+ years of relevant experience. They will optimize the daily operations of VP across 3 vertical entities such as calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, reminders for the day, investor liaison and cross functional coordination with other teams.

It's a south Indian conglomerate private Real-Estate company which has 9 verticals across the globe. It is renowned for its developing and managing high-end real assets in various sectors of managed office spaces, customized flexible spaces, development projects and other services.

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Designation : Executive Assistant for VP

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the calendar, travel, and meeting logistics. (across India & Dubai )
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless time allocation for key commitments.
  • Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with brokers, investors, consultants, and IPC partners.
  • Maintain investor contact databases and ensure timely communications.
  • Support creation of basic presentations, reports, and trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal staff (finance, projects, legal) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as a bridge between VP and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Fast-paced, high-autonomy execution style.
  • Stakeholder management and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Finance, or Administration.

    Experience : 3–6 years of relevant experience worked ideally in real estate / finance.

    Working days : Monday to Saturday
