As VP / AVP - Strategy & Projects, you will lead strategic initiatives and oversee complex project portfolios to drive business transformation and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact strategies aligned with organizational goals, working closely with senior leadership to foster innovation and deliver measurable results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

In this role, you will :

• Lead the formulation and implementation of business strategies and transformation programs.
• Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
• Provide insights and regular updates to executive leadership on strategy execution and program health.
• Mentor and develop team members, cultivating strong capabilities and leadership within the function.
• Utilize data-driven approaches for decision-making and performance optimization.
