Senior Staff Specialist IT - Cloud DevOps Tech Lead

As a Sr. Staff Engineer – Cloud DevOps Tech Lead, you will take technical ownership our new platform called 'R&D Data Platform' and guide a team of junior developers to deliver the product roadmap.

Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Lead software development (including front-end, back-end and DevOps)for cloud native applications using microservice architecture.
• Manage the full lifecycle of code changes from development to deployment, including code reviews, testing and operations.
• Define code structure, standards etc. for the team and champion best practices.
• Identify opportunities on improving existing tools, frameworks and workflows.
• Establish robust monitoring and logging mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, proactively identify and address performance issues and security threats.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers, empowering them to achieve excellence in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Drive architectural decisions by collaborating with other functional and technical experts.
