Deputy Manager - O&M

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete maintenance of Control and Instrumentation (C&I) systems for turbines in the thermal power plant.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the turbine systems.

Conduct regular inspections, testing, and calibration of C&I equipment to identify and address any issues proactively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex C&I problems efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities.

Keep detailed maintenance records and reports for future reference and analysis.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in C&I technology to recommend improvements and upgrades.

Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and procedures.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Instrumentation

Any relevant certifications in C&I maintenance or related field would be advantageous.
