Job Title : Telecaller – Interior Design Sales

Location : Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience : 1–2 years (Interior Design or related industry preferred)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller with experience in Interior Design Sales. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound and inbound calls to explain interior design services to potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule appointments for the design / sales team with interested customers.
• Maintain and update lead data and follow-up records in CRM.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design packages.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
