Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple software projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project teams.
• Proven experience in program management within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
