Job description

Open Position- Proposal Writer

Location-Bangalore / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities-

Lead the development of technical and business proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate complex IT concepts into clear, persuasive content
Create proposal templates, boilerplate content, and maintain a centralized content repository
Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission

Required Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in IT services, staffing, or related technical field

Proven track record of creating winning proposals and effective marketing content

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Strong project management abilities and attention to detail

Experience with proposal management software and content management systems

Understanding of IT industry trends and technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting industry

Knowledge of federal, state, or commercial proposal processes

Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools

Skills & Competencies

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to write for various audiences and adapt tone accordingly

Strong research and analytical capabilities

Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Creative problem-solving abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
