Maintain a strong employee relations framework ensuring workplace harmony and legal compliance.Ensure adherence to labor laws, RERA HR compliance, and company policy governance.HR Operations & Automation :
Streamline HR processes, policies, and systems including HRIS implementation, payroll oversight, and benefits administration.Lead digitization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development :
