We are seeking a seasoned US Recruiter at Manager level to source for corporate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate / functional roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.) aThis role requires working closely with US stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment Management for corporate roles (non-IT) across the US region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Liaise with US stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring timelines are met.
- Drive recruitment metrics and reporting, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health are consistently achieved.
- Implement process improvements, automation tools, and recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Provide market intelligence and talent mapping insights to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Experience :
7-10 years of experience in US recruitment,Demonstrated expertise in corporate hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) in the US market.Strong experience in US hiring practices, including familiarity with US employment laws, visa types, and recruitment compliance.Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice), and Boolean sourcing techniques.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working directly with US clients or internal business units.Proven ability to manage high volumes while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.Data-driven and metrics-focused mindset.(ref : iimjobs.com)
