Oracle HCM Sr. Consultant- Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role requires strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to lead client-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple tasks and time zones.

(Candidates without hands-on experience in all four modules will not be considered.)
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery across Core HR, Talent, Learn, and Compensation modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops , gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design end-to-end functional solutions.
Manage configuration , setup, and validation of HCM Cloud modules based on business needs.
Perform and support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments.
Drive movement of setup / config changes from non-production to production environments.
Deliver functional support throughout full implementation lifecycle—requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live.
Serve as a client-facing advisor , engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business processes.
Handle multiple tasks, shifting priorities quickly based on project demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical, functional, and business teams.
Support client meetings across multiple time zones (as required).
Travel as per business and project needs.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 8+ years of relevant Oracle HCM functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules :
Core HR
Talent
Learn
Compensation
Practical experience in :
End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Solution design and configuration
Client workshop facilitation
Data migration to Oracle Cloud
Setup migration between environments (DEV → TEST → PROD)
Strong functional understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Flexibility to work across international time zones and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression cycles.
Exposure to HR transformation programs and global HR landscapes.
