Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting services to clients on Oracle HRMS (Core HR) modules such as Global HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, and Talent Suite.
- Develop functional specifications for new projects or enhancements based on client needs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Implement Oracle HRMS solutions using Agile methodology.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-13 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consulting role.Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, and Talent Suite.Experience working with Agilent tools is an added advantage.Skills Required
