Team Lead-Tele Collections

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead-Tele Collections to lead our collections team and drive revenue growth by effectively managing and recovering outstanding debts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in collections.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of Tele Collections executives to achieve targets and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.
• Provide regular reports on collections performance, analyze data, and identify trends to inform future strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve collections processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
