Salesforce Architect - Apex / LWC

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define and maintain the architectural blueprint for Salesforce applications across multiple clouds.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture including integration, security, data, and process architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across development teams while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Build, customize, and optimize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Review and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce data models, including object relationships, data flows, sharing models, and security layers.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to platform limits.
• Oversee data migration strategies and mapping activities.
• Architect and manage integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance limits, performance guidelines, and security best practices.
• Define CI / CD pipelines, release management strategies, and environment management processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, technical documentation, and solution walkthroughs.
• Work with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations.
