We are seeking a highly skilled

  • Salesforce Architect
  • to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

This role requires both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, as the architect will be responsible for managing a technical team and communicating directly with clients to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesfo...rce products.
  • Lead a cross-functional Salesforce team
  • including developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders
  • , participating in meetings, providing regular updates, and aligning solutions with client expectations.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Define architecture standards, development practices, and governance models.
  • Oversee technical design documents, code reviews, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
  • Support CI / CD pipeline setup and DevOps processes for the Salesforce environment.
  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.
  • Mentor team members to promote continuous improvement and upskilling. ###
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a technical architecture or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce teams and managing client relationships.
  • Proficient in Salesforce platform capabilities such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data architecture, integration patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and middleware platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ###
