Key Responsibilities
- List all Bakery / FMCG outlets in the designated territory by coordinating with TSI, PSRs, and DSMs.
- Classify outlets based on sales potential and strategic importance.
- Develop route maps to ensure optimum coverage and efficient field operations.
- Manage retailing and wholesaling activities to maximize sales penetration.
- Monitor and evaluate distributor performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Handle distributor claims promptly and effectively.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets as per the business plan.
- Shortlist and recommend potential distributors for partnership.
- Report and resolve distributor and consumer grievances to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implement and settle promotional schemes in coordination with distributors and sales teams.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at all outlet points.
- Monitor activities of distributor salesmen, sales representatives (SR), and territory sales in-charges (TSI).
- Ensure availability of adequate funds such as Bank Guarantees (BG) and Security Deposits (SD), along with proper infrastructure at distributor points.
- Facilitate the opening of new outlets and monitor their performance regularly.
- Plan and utilize Below-The-Line (BTL) budgets efficiently to support sales activities.
- Collect and report competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
