Job Description – Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Role : Territory Sales Officer – B2B (Food Ingredients / Seasonings)
Location : Kerala (Kochi / Calicut / Trivandrum)
Reports To : Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
- Onboard new B2B outlets (hotels, QSRs, bakeries, processors, catering services).
- Conduct daily market visits (15–20 productive calls).
- Execute sampling & product demonstrations with institutional kitchens.
- Ensure distributor sales growth through regular order booking.
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights.
- Ensure timely collections & payment follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate, preferably with 1–3 years’ FMCG / B2B food sales experience.Strong field sales execution skills (on-ground coverage, lead generation, distributor push).Fluency in English + Regional Language :Kerala : Malayalam (mandatory)Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
