Scope : Provide high-quality technical support to end users while administering and improving the organizations endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365 / Azure and AWS.
Skills Required :
- End-User & Workplace
- 35 years in IT support with strong L2 capability across Windows 10 / 11, plus mobile device support (iOS / Android).
- Deep troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 apps (Teams / Outlook / SharePoint / OneDrive), profiles, OSTs, add-ins, and meeting devices .
- Experience with device management : Intune / Endpoint Manager (preferred)
- Azure / Microsoft 365
- Hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD) : identities, groups, conditional access, MFA, and basic identity troubleshooting (token / SSO).
- Proven Intune skills : Autopilot provisioning, compliance & configuration profiles, Win32 app packaging, update rings, and remediation scripts.
- Basic proficiency with PowerShell for administration, reporting, and automation.
AWS :
Practical experience with AWS IAM / SSO / Organizations and security best practices (least privilege, role-based access).Operational exposure to EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and Systems Manager (SSM) for inventory and scripted tasks.Familiarity with Amazon WorkSpaces / AppStream support is a plus.Networking & Security :
Understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (client), certificates, and proxy concepts as they affect end users.Security-first mindset (MFA, conditional access, device compliance, patch hygiene, principle of least privilege).Soft Skills :
Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to prioritize, own issues through resolution, and collaborate across Ops, SecOps, and application Exp :ITIL service management fundamentals Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint / OneDrive) administration basics.Endpoint management concepts : enrollment, compliance, configuration, application lifecycle, and update strategies.Identity & Access Management across Entra ID and AWS IAM / SSO (MFA, conditional access, RBAC, key handling).Scripting & Automation patterns (PowerShell preferred; Bash / Python nice to have).Logging & Monitoring : practical use of Azure Monitor / Log Analytics and AWS CloudWatch for diagnostics.Qualifications Required (or equivalent experience) :
CompTIA A+ and / or Network+ (or comparable practical experience).Microsoft : AZ900 (Azure Fundamentals) or MD102 (Endpoint Administrator) or AZ104 (Azure Administrator Associate), ITIL 4 Foundation.
Preferred Skills :
