Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via a call to inform them about the exhibition
• Answer questions about the exhibition or company
• Ask questions about the company to understand its profile and generate leads
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Coordinate with the sales team to close the deal
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales & note useful information
• Work on customer relationship management
