Job Summary :
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to handle cold calling, lead follow-ups, and data reporting for our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will communicate with international prospects, update lead information in Excel and CRM, and coordinate with the management team on progress reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct lead follow-ups via phone, email as required.
- Maintain and update lead databases and call logs accurately in Excel or CRM.
- Research new potential leads and verify contact details.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call outcomes and leads generated.
- Coordinate with the team on client communication and lead progress.
Requirements :
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.Should also be able to speak Hindi or Punjabi for client conversations when requiredExcellent phone manners and confidence in speaking with international clients.Strong attention to detail, organization, and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.Previous experience in calling, lead generation, or sales support preferred..Job Type & Schedule :
