We have an opening for Sr Executive Client Servicing only for the Delhi location.

Job Title : Manager – Client Servicing (Digital)

Location : Mumbai

Experience Required : 3-4 years in Client Servicing,

Working Day : Alternate Saturday working

Job Summary : The required candidate will be utilized to execute the day-to-day operational works for various accounts as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communication Skills : Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented : Ensure accuracy with strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.
  • Content Ideation : Research and create engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and messaging.
  • Team Collaboration : Work with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.

Qualifications :

  • Education & Soft Skills :
  • Expertise in Client Servicing.
  • Adept at addressing and resolving client concerns efficiently.
  • Graduates or post-graduates in Marketing, preferably in Advertising or Communications

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital client servicing, preferably in advertising, media, or creative services industries
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail.
