Role Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
• Create, maintain, and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
• Manage job postings across platforms and drive proactive sourcing strategies
• Enhance employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment documentation and adherence to internal hiring policies
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitive talent insights
