Responsibilities :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide strategic recruitment support to fulfill staffing requirements.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners to enhance the organization's employer brand and reputation in the market.
Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
Handle escalated candidate and client issues effectively, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements :
Strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self – starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
